Shipping policy

All orders are carefully prepared and processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once processed, orders are shipped directly from Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Estimated delivery time is approximately 5 to 10 days from dispatch, depending on destination and customs processing. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, including carrier delays, customs inspections, peak shipping periods, or international transit conditions.

Shipping costs are fully included in the purchase price unless otherwise stated. All applicable import duties and customs fees for shipments to the United States are also included, ensuring a seamless delivery experience with no additional charges due upon arrival.

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email along with tracking information once their order has been dispatched. In some cases, items from the same order may ship separately to ensure optimal handling and delivery.

While we work closely with our logistics partners to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance processes, or force majeure events. Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, delivery timelines are outside of our direct control.
